The Mountain Family Freedom Festival will strengthen our community by bringing families together for a day to just have some fun while enjoying many outdoor experiences, even some hands-on learning. Some of the engaging activities will encourage healthy lifestyles, practical skills, resilience, safety awareness, and a deeper appreciation for the natural environment and the people who share it.

We are working on bringing many organizations that will fit into categories similar to these kinds of activities: air-gun shooting, wall climbing, hunting, fly-casting, fishing, archery, skateboarding, disc golf, cycling, football and softball skills, outdoor cooking, bear safety, winter sports (many of these have not been confirmed yet.)

Many activities will just be plain old fun outside. One of the simplest activities could be some group sponge ball fun! Nobody loses on a hot day with wet sponge balls! There will be music by local musicians.
